How can staging a short original play about kids, who create their own “Good News Network’, foster scientific innovation, teamwork and reflect positive community values.
Program Overview
Whether purchasing the script outright or bringing the production to stage with the assistance of a Sovereign Arts teaching artist; the young enterprising cast from ‘The Stage of Life Studio’ are determined to express their love of history and hope for a sustainable future. Minimal in costuming and props, this play easily adapts to space limitations and highlights a studio backdrop consisting of 30 words representing admired values and character traits. Built into the rehearsal schedule of twice a week for a 6-week process, is the opportunity to reflect on the subject which is as important as the overall performance itself, which will surely delight and surprise.
